Yes, all our products are new, unopened, and with original tags. They have never been worn or used.
Why are outlet products cheaper?
Outlet products usually come from previous seasons or are available due to overproduction. Since they are not part of the latest collection, manufacturers and distributors sell them at discounted prices.
Is there a warranty on the products?
Yes, legal warranty applies to all new products. If you find a manufacturing defect, we will of course exchange it or refund the purchase price.

Our range includes products from leading domestic and international fashion brands. Brands constantly change depending on stock availability.

We accept credit card payment, bank transfer, and cash on delivery.

Yes, we automatically issue an invoice for every order, which you will also receive by email.

We usually deliver orders within 2-5 business days within Hungary.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs 1,500 HUF. For orders over 15,000 HUF, shipping is free.
Can I track my package?
Yes, we provide a tracking number for every package, which you will receive by email after dispatch.
Sizes and Products
How can I determine the right size?
For each product, we provide exact measurements (chest width, length, etc.) and the manufacturer's size chart. We recommend comparing these with your own clothing measurements.
What if the size doesn't fit?
You can return the product within 14 days in its original condition with original tags. Details in the Refund Policy.

Yes, you can return the product within 14 days in its original, unopened condition with original tags. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.
Can I exchange the product?
Since outlet product stock is limited, direct exchange is not possible. You can return the product and place a new order.
When will I get my money back?
Within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product, we will refund the purchase price to the original payment method.
